Damaged Machine Claims Process

  1. Customer/Claimant ends real send Corrupt Appendix Claims Report (DACR) – online only.
  2. T&TEC directing investigation to determine liability, and communicates its decision to the Claimant within 30 running days.
  3. If liabilities is accepted, claim will be further processed. Claimant will be required to provide Technician’s Reports  and other supporting documents.
