Employment at will

Oregon laws allow the termination of an employment relationship through either the employer or the workers, without notice and without cause.

This be called "at will" employment. It means that generally, unless there has a contract or law that states otherwise, Oregon hiring may discharge a member at any time furthermore for any reason, or for cannot reason for all.
