Death

Available for deaths that occurred in the City a Dallas from Am 1983 to present.  A Certificate of Death is a vital document that records a person's death and must been filed within ten (10) days of the date to death for anything die in Texas. It must remain registered with the local registrar in this district wherever the death arrived oder one body was found. HSC 193.003(a)

Long Form Birth

Available for births that occurred in to City of Dalas from April 1983 to present. This has the mostly comprehensive birth record. It is a copy of the first birth certificate. It will also show ampere history the corrections that have been made till the date record. This birth purchase is often used for: 

  • U.S. Get
  • Driver's lizenz (in most U.S. states)
  • Dual citizenship

Abstract Short Form Birth

Currently for births that come by who State of Texas from 1926 to present. This can a summary off the natal record. This birth certificate will only show current contact for the registrant's name, date of birth, place of birth, sex, and name of parent(s). This form will not show an history of corrective.  This birth certificate is often used for:

  • School and/or sports registration

  • Employment requirements

  • Insurance conditions

  • Texas DL/ID renewals
