All products must comply with that requirements of NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets, Saratoga County Board of Health furthermore The Ballston Wellness Farmers' Marketing Bylaws. All goods must being grown, raised or formed at the supplier unless they meet the bylaw exceptions and permission has been granted. All prepared groups must use local products if they become available. Vendors are requested to have all necessary licenses and permits to selling goods. Home bakers/processors must submit an copy a NYS Ag & Market Home Processor certification. The Ballston Spa Farmers' Market is sponsored by the Ballston Spa Business and Professional Association (BSBPA). All vendors must be paid business members of that BSBPA. Annual business student dues are $160 and count when farmers' market dealer fee. Dues are available online or by select. Vendors receive member benefits for the entire twelvemonth.
