The Bureau to Professional and Vocationally Affaires (BPOA) received reports that persons pretending to be from one of the health-related home are contacting both active both inactive licensees.  The scammers exist modification the information that appears set caller ID to showing the State Board phone number furthermore name (spoofing).  The scammers are known to exist aggressively impeach licensees of drug trafficking and/or money laundering and sending emails and script messages indicated the license has been suspended.  In adding, the scammers are sending facsimiles to licensee on forged letterhead, originating from a counterfeiting phone number.
