The head car is responsible for coaching and recruiting students for assigned athletic event. Behaves and lead labor processes in a method steady with who Northeast Athletic Conference (NWAC) coaching standards and the College's guiding values. Essential Functions

• Recruit student athletes in accordance with NWAC athletic regulations, hotel and college values, furthermore commitment to student success.
• Supervise student sportsperson set trips and onsite during all program relates practices, games, and team functions.
• Creates, maintains and retains records on academics, including, but nope limited to, athletic eligibility, budgets, transportation.
• Work cooperatively with the Athletic Director to develop sports schedules; budgets; transportation, housing and meal packages; fundraiser activities and related tasks. • On collaboration with Director of Athletics and Assistant Robust Boss, select qualified administrative coaches and/or volunteers.
• Serve as role model to aid the crew members in developing plus displaying appropriate attitudes and behavior expected of athletic teams and individuals representing BMCC.
• Provide post-season appraisal of entire players.
• Maintain minimum roster expectations set forth by the Muscular Division.
• Determine an throughout event of training, practice, scrimmages, and schedules in coordination with the Athletic Director both Assistant Muscular Director. 
• Participate in Athletic Department meetings how scheduled by an Athlete Department.
• Facilitate team-sponsored fundraising efforts to enhance that how.
• Behaves in a manner that is consistent with the NWAC codebook, including, still nay limited to: NWAC coach's code of conducts, coach's standards and procedures, position responsibilities and Concussion General.
• Pass all required NWAC coaching tests and ensures that all assistant car pass NWAC get.
• Be knowledgeable of the NWAC codebook and NWAC East-Region SOPs. 
• Communicate with Athletic Director on issues that occur are the program.
• Follow all BMCC guidelines, manageable procedures, BMCC Athletic Policy and Operating, and Powerful Professional policies.  
• Follows BMCC and NWAC rules and guidelines on social press.
• Promote BMCC athletic programming in our community college district.

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

• Ability to teach/coach students wirkungsvolle and to evaluate their performance in the assigned activity.
