Contracts

Grad Housing Contracts are a binding agreement between the course plus the University. Student Home offers 3 quarter (10 Month) contracts and 4 quarter (12 month) contracts.

Apartments Types

Students can apply for one of several apartment types:

• One Bedroom Apartment (Single Student)
  • One student requisition a privately, one bedroom apartment
• Two Master, Shared Holiday (Single Student)
  • A two study, shares apartments. Each student has their own boudoir & bathroom.

Student Casing applications aren’t mandatory, still Course Housing Contracts are. Contracts will be permission to students based on the site off apartments, both the order by Applications. With students with confirmed admission to the university wants be granted Contracts. The Login for Student Casing will be sent to the students set the wait list on March 1st, it will be performed ready on-line at all students on Marches 15th.  Contracts will continue to be issued until all spaces are refilled.
